Stima Sacco was established in 1974 to serve employees of the then East African Power & Lighting Company. Currently, Stima Sacco draws its members from employees of companies in the power, energy and utility business, entrepreneurs, as well as other organizations capable of making regular contributions.
The objective is to provide a forum for Stima Sacco members to consolidate part of their disposable income in savings and give them access to credit at fair and reasonable interest rates. Stima Sacco Society Limited is now -licensed to take deposits
